TREATMENT AND SERVICES All treatment programmes are developed to each individual dog’s needs. We aim to have every dog enjoying their time in water and be keen to get in each time. Dogs are encouraged to swim freely for toys, for those who are less interested in toys we find another source of motivation, often their owner at the side. Referring vets receive regular updates on each dog’s progress. Owners are encouraged to get involved and enjoy watching their dog in the water. All dogs wear buoyancy aids in the water to begin with, and most stay in them throughout their course of hydrotherapy. Although some have been known to get a little lazy, if this is the case they wear a harness with no buoyancy.
